Originally from Lithuania, Vaidas first joined the practice in 2010 as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant, before proceeding to study a MArch degree at the University of the West of England in Bristol from 2012.

During his first spell with the practice, Vaidas had gained ample site & studio experience, being heavily involved in the design and construction of the Hidden House amongst other projects.

After completing his studies in 2014, Vaidas worked for a couple of larger practices in Central London, specialising in high-end residential, as well as some large mixed use and housing schemes.

He has returned to the practice in November 2016, whilst also working towards qualifying as a Part III Architect. He is now involved in running a refurbishment project in Queens Park, London, as well as a complete remodelling of a Mews house in Knightsbridge, which are both currently on site.

Like all lithuanians, Vaidas plays basketball in his free time and is a passionate supporter of his country's national team.
